i was very grateful for Ridgecare Roofing Ltd's prompt response to my urgent request for repair to my leaking roof. Bill carefully explained need for further work and was quick with survey and quote. There was no need for me to arrange anything. His team worked tirelessly in extremely difficult conditions - 35% heatwave and Bill kept in touch daily with pictures of progress and was always available if I had any queries. The work was completed to a very high standard, and I would highly recommend this company for their care and consideration and a very professional result.

Really professional communication, good value quote and came out within a few days to sort chimney flaunching and pointed out a couple other things that needed sorting at the same time. Work was good quality and finished quickly.

Bill and the team at Ridgecare Roofing Ltd did an incredible job on my property. From start to finish, their communication was brilliant, the team was polite and punctual, and the quality of the roofing work is outstanding.

They kept everything clean and tidy throughout the project, leaving zero stress on my end.

We recently used Bill to build a large retaining wall and are pleased with the finished result. It was a challenging project, but the completed wall looks great.

Bill worked hard throughout the build and clearly has plenty of experience. A lot of care went into the construction, and the finished product reflects that. We appreciate the effort that went into completing such a substantial piece of work.

Thank you, Bill, for all the hard work on the wall. We wish you all the best for the future

A huge thank you to the guys at Ridgecare Roofing for all their hard work today. They were professional, polite, hard working and tbh a pleasure to have at my home. They took real pride in their work and genuinely went above and beyond. It’s not often you come across a team who are not only dedicated but also so friendly and good humoured. They are a real credit to the company.

Recent storm revealed that my gutters needed attention. Bill came very quickly and quote came an hour or two later. Luckily they had been rained off another job so I had almost immediate attention. All guttering replaced with care in spite of pouring rain. Friendly, polite and co-operative team who completed the job the next morning. Will use again
If needed.

I was concerned about the structural integrity of my roof having found a number of truss members with splits/fissures in them along their lengths. I contacted Ridgecare who were happy to attend my house and inspect the loft space. Chris who attended felt there was no problem and no work required, subsequently confirmed by Bill. An honest business who gave a professional opinion that has put my mind at rest.

From start to finish, Billy and his team were fantastic. They replaced a flat roof and lead flashing on my garage following a massive leak. Billy attended at short notice and supplied a quote within hours. The team attended bang-on-time every day and worked really hard to complete the job before the weather turned to rain – they actually finished ahead of the scheduled time. I am very happy with the entire service provided, the quality of work is exceptional and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
